How do I choose the correct belt size?
Check the size and available measurements in the product listing. Belt sizing can vary between brands and may refer to the total length or the distance to a particular hole, so contact our team if you need a measurement confirmed. Alternatively, visit our Gold Coast store.
What condition are the belts in?
Each belt is pre-owned and its condition will be shown through the product photographs and available description. Review these for wear to the leather, buckle, belt holes and hardware, or view the item at our Gold Coast store.
Will the original box or dust bag be included?
Original packaging and accessories are included only when stated in the individual listing. Not every pre-owned belt will include its original box, dust bag, receipt or documentation.
Is layby available on all purchases?
Yes. Gold House offers layby on all purchases starting at a 10% deposit. For purchases of $400 or more, the extended layby option gives you up to 10 months to pay. There is no interest or regular layby fee, and payments can be made online through the Gold House payment app, bank transfer or in store. Cancellation charges and other conditions may apply.
